Natural Stays Ltd is taking on new properties. We would like to rent your property on a company let agreement and would let guests (mainly contractors for local projects and employees of corporate clients) stay at the property.

No tenants - all guests that will stay in the property do so temporarily and have a home somewhere else. Natural Stays Ltd is managing all interactions with guests.
Requirements:

Interior finished to a high standard. In case it needs updating, we might be able to help.

Your lease allows short-term stays (if leasehold property). We can help finding out.

Your mortgage allows furnished-holiday-let use of property. You might need to ask for consent.

Your building insurance might need updating to cover short-term stays / furnished-holiday-lets.
